Yes we do because we pursue to have the best team members to grow and work with us. Here are some frequently asked questions about Digital Trans Asia recruitment process that you might want to know before applying for a position(s) at Digital Trans Asia.
Q : Are the job vacancies still available?
A: Yes! All job vacancies visible in our Instagram post @digitaltransasia (both feeds and highlights) are all available.
Q: When is the latest submission for the job opening?
A: There is no deadline! As long as the job posters are visible on our Instagram, you are very welcome to apply anytime!
Q: I haven't received any email after I sent my CV, does this mean I am not qualified?
A: Due to large numbers of applicants, we may have a delay in announcing who passed the test. All applicants will get their result through their personal email. If a test has been sent for more than a month ago, please do contact us through our Instagram Direct Message.
Q: Last time I didn't pass the recruitment process, can I apply again?
A: Yes you can! As long as you feel more ready and confident, you are more than welcome to try again. We appreciate people who don't give up!
Q: Can I apply to more than 1 position?
A: Yes you can! However, please do submit the google form more than once. 1 Google form submit is eligible for only one position, if you want to apply for more than 1 position you should submit more than once.
Q: Are there any CV requirements I should send? (using English/Mandarin/Bahasa, ATS/ Creative form) A: There are no requirements of whether the CV should be in what language or in what form, it is up to you! However, we would really appreciate it if you can send your CV in a pdf file. Also, we would recommend to send your CV in English and rename it with [CV - Your Name]

Q: Will there be an interview, if so what language will be used during the interview process?
A: Yes! There will be an interview for all positions. The Interview is going to be in the target language of the position you apply (for translators & readers) and English (for other positions)
Case Example:
- Apply as CN/ID Translator, interview using Mandarin
- Apply as EN/ID Translator, interview using English
- Apply as Novel Reader Indonesia, interview using ID
- Apply as Business Development, interview using EN
Q: Are there any minimum education and experience requirements?
A: All positions are open for all backgrounds and ages, even if you don't have any experience, so don't worry!
Q: Am I required to work from the office?
A: All freelance and part time positions will apply the "Work from Anywhere" system, therefore you are not required to come to the office.
