We may feel less than ideal as a result of our constant hustle and may experience a sense of exhaustion and emptiness. While we are working hard, our physical and emotional health is being sacrificed. But don’t get it wrong, setting goals and trying to reach it for ourselves is perfectly acceptable. Furthermore, your family and friends who really do care about you will reasonably be worried about your physical and mental well-being. and what follows? more anxiety enduring them to feel worried about you? It will eventually lead to bigger and worser problems!
  3. You’ll end up hating everything you do
We all probably agree that the luckiest people alive are those who have discovered their passion in their line of work since to them, work doesn't feel like work because they enjoy and love what they do. But are you capable of working nonstop, all people have limits, even doing things you first said you love. Does applying the hustle culture help you when you already detest what you do, or have you simply grown "frustrated" with life? Your thoughts will become cluttered if you're always working without taking breaks to breathe and end up hating what you’re doing.
  4. It is simply wrong
hustle culture is employed to inspire and motivate (kinda). It's promoted as a lifestyle choice that one ought to follow in order to acquire excessive wealth and lead the elegant, opulent life that everyone desires. But is it really that worth it until you’ll get exhausted and not enjoying your life?
    Would that make you happy?
