When using Chinese applications outside mainland China, you will experience slow speed and blocks saying the content is only available in mainland China. The reason for the poor speed is that Chinese applications servers are in China, which means that the content you want to see must travel all the way from China to wherever you are. Or even you may face content blocks. Some content on Chinese applications is prohibited as a result of demands made by the IP owners of the offending materials.
